SUNNY CORNER TRAIL BIKE RIDE 2011 - INDEMNITY FORM

Please read the following indemnity information and either DECLINE or ACCEPT the conditions (at the bottom of the page) in order to proceed further.

The Sunny Corner Trail Bike Ride is a fun event designed to simulate riding a real enduro with easy routes for the less adventurous, as well as hard sections for the more adventurous. The course will be clearly arrowed. There will be a check and verification of licences & registration. No MA competition license required. Please note: "THIS IS NOT A RACE". The course consists of 2 x loops. Any registered, effectively silenced bike is OK.

PROOF OF MOTORCYCLE REGISTRATION AND MOTORCYCLE LICENCE MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE SCRUTINEERS BEFORE STARTING. AMBULANCE COVER IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Unregistered Vehicle Permits from NSW RTA accepted (no statutory declarations will be accepted)

In the case of the event being cancelled due to unforseen circumstances (weather, Forests NSW etc), the CTMCC will only refund entry fees in part or in whole once all debtors have been paid. Entry fees will only be refunded at the club's discretion if the event is re-scheduled for a later date and all existing entry fees will be applicable to the re-scheduled date. The CTMCC reserves the right to refuse an entry and numbers may be limited. Entry acceptance is based on a first in, first serve basis.

(please read carefully)

1. I, (rider) hereby AGREE with the persons, organizations and bodies corporate whose names appear in schedule 1 (hereinafter collectively called "the Organizer") that I am by this agreement entitled to participate in the motorcycle meeting listed in Schedule 2 (hereinafter called "the Meeting") at the venue listed at Schedule 3 (hereinafter called "the Venue") on the terms and conditions set out in this document. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS, DANGERS AND OBLIGATIONS.

2.I ACKNOWLDEGE that motorcycle sport is dangerous and that by engaging in the sport and participating in the Meeting, I take and am exposed to certain risks and dangers and I am under certain obligations as follows:

• that I may be seriously injured, physically or mentally, and may be killed.
• that my machine or equipment may be damaged, lost or destroyed.
• that other participants may ride dangerously or with lack of skill causing injury, damage or death to myself and my machine.
• that the track or event conditions may be hazardous and may vary without warning or predictability and to the knowledge of the organizers.
• that the Organizers, Officials, Forests NSW, NSW RTA, Lithgow City Council, Bathurst Regional Council, NSW Police and any agent or representatives of those in charge of meetings are frequently obliged to decisions under pressure of time and/or events.
• that any policy of insurance of or in respect of my life or physical or mental health may be voided.
• that there may be no or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport of me to medical facilities if I am injured or killed.
• that I have an obligation to myself and to others to participate safely with respect to myself and others and within the rules of the Meeting.
• all riders are bound to and subject to the laws and regulations as set out by NSW RTA and NSW Police.

INDEMNITY GIVEN TO ORGANISERS

3. In CONDISERATION of the acceptance of me as an Entrant in the Meeting I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY the Organizers (SCHEDULE 1) and each of them in the following manner:

• that I participate in the Meeting at my sole risk and responsibility.
• that I accept the Venue as it stands with all or any defects hidden or exposed.
• that I indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers, their respective servants, agents or officials against any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or on respect of or arising out of my death or any injury, loss or damage caused by me or my machinery or equipment whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other manner whatsoever.

4. Prize Rules For 2011 Sunny Corner Trail Bike Ride

The Central Tablelands MCC wish to advise the following rules for the drawing of our major prizes in the 2011 Sunny Corner Trail  bike Ride.

• Members of the CTMCC are entitled to enter the draw.
• The CTMCC holds the permit for the draw on behalf of KTM Australia permit TBA.
• The winning entry will be drawn from a barrel and announced at the presentation which will be held between 2.00pm and 5.00pm on Sunday the 18th September  2011 at the Arboretum Sunny Corner Road.
• Prize winners must be present to claim all prizes, major prizes if not claimed within four (4) minutes WILL BE REDRAWN.
• The rules for this draw are under the Laws of NSW.
• You must have filled in a valid entry form to be in the draw.
• Sponsors may also be in the draw.
